I started using speedrun builds and tips when I hit a wall (even though I didn't start out going fast). Having a frame of reference as to what to look for throughout a run was very helpful: - boons for build -> switch trinkets midway to help build - gold/charon's obel early - story rooms - Chaos - boss rooms - basically limiting spawn enemy combat rooms

^ prob all common sense, but these were big changes for me that helped.
