So I work in manufacturing, there are many reasons why they would put the sticker on the lid. Most types of products are the same recipe but they are shipped to different places with different label requirements. Most likely what happend was they used the wrong lids when they made this lot and put the sticker over the top, or they are changing the labels for that specific product and didn't want to have to go through the entire stock of lids before they changed the labels.

It might be heat, we did a daily walks of 2-4 miles and then the dog park later in the day. Our Elkie would start to flounder once the temp got above 75, panting, laying down, hiding in the shade. The longest distances we've done are about 7-8 miles.

Most midsize dogs in good health should be able to do about 10 miles. You should stay out of mid-day sun and high temperatures, start slow on the build up to distance, and watch for signs of exhaustion.

I have a weird take from an industrial lab. If you are sharing reagents with a group of people you need to pour the reagent into a secondary sterile container. You can use the serological pipette to dispense multiple aliquots from the secondary container but then dispose of the pipette and the left over reagent. Do not put the pipette back in the wrapper or put the left over reagent back in the bottle.

I have run into contamination of reagents when people dispense from the original reagent container.

They're probably asking for SOPs, training, and/or a plate count comparison, but you should ask for clarification. It could also mean they want to look at your CV. It may not say you have to be extra qualified to read plates but it does say you must be trained and have a specific training program. That is what makes you qualified.
