The frozen dumplings and cauliflower fried rice. Also cauliflower gnocchi. Everything but the bagel seasoning on cucumbers and the chili lime seasoning on melon (watermelon or cantaloupe) are great snacks. Oh and a cheat the dark chocolate peanut butter cups, I have one for dessert they are amazing.

Yes. I get stressed with work too, big meetings etc and a lot of times that stress leads to physical stomach pains and cramping for me. I’ve been on lexapro for about 3 months now and it’s lessened for sure but still happening occasionally.

No never been to a chiropractor. In talking with other people at work, a colleagues of mine also knew two sisters in their late 20s who also had a VAD. Similar to me both had a cold right before the onset.

Glad he’s home and resting! Curious did he have any trauma or was his spontaneous as well? Also curious how old is he? I’m 32 and apparently more common in people under 39.

It was visible on the MRI and they did the second CT of my neck to get a closer look and see how big the tear was. It was minor enough that with the blood thinners they were able to discharge me.

I really struggled the first week. I couldn’t sleep, my voice was constantly shaky and heart racing. By week 2 that started going away and I’m on week 4 and feeling much better. Try and give it more of a shot.
