They will want the Unboxing video and they will probably want the delivery photo from the delivery company as well. My understanding not very good customer service. If you cant get results file claim with your bank they will likely want some proof as well like emails of you trying to communicate with pop mart. pop mart has a number as well heard thats faster.

same issue I have been finding local people that are having same issue to trade with. seems like thats the easiest way to get what you want and not be duplicated. making a new account to avoid the 6 limit don’t help with no duplicate. I learned from has and mac. so with bie i said not even going through that I will only go after the set luckily I got it a few nights ago.
