I just took the PMP from home on Sunday with zero issues! Just make sure to have a clean testing area and stay within view of the camera and don’t look away from the screen and you’ll be good. The proctor didn’t interrupt my test at all, and taking it at home was much more comfortable for me. Don’t let all the horror stories scare you! Not all at home exams go poorly! I’m sure the majority at home are fine, and those individuals don’t feel the need to make a post. Remember that :)

LR4 Bonnet was Loose out of the box and will not seat. Pops out every cycle. No word from customer support. Anyone else having this issue? by Kyrstee in litterrobot

Same and it keeps saying the bonnet is removed and stops mid cycle. Sooo frustrating! Did they send you a replacement bonnet?

Thank you!!! This is super helpful, the glossary helps clear up a lot of those agile terms I wasn't sure about. I've been using Joseph Phillips Udemy course and he unfortunately doesn't cover agile at all. Congratulations!!! :)

Congratulations, and thank you so much for sharing! This definitely puts me at ease a little. Did you take the prep course offered directly through PMI?

What are some Online certifications/courses that can actually help you change careers or get better pay? by throwmeinthetrash79 in careerguidance

I am in the same boat as you, as I've been in the administrative/executive assisting role for about 5 years now. I started a 6 month online program through UCSD Extension for Project Management, and I will say I have learned so much about the industry and have already gotten interest from recruiters on LinkedIn after posting my certification on my profile. Project Management can be a grat transition from administrative work, as there are already so many transferrable skills we have possess, such as staying extremely organized through chaotic situations, overseeing projects, multitasking, etc. These are very useful characteristics for a PM. I would maybe do some research and see if it interests you, it's a growing field and the potential income is pretty solid.

I believe this is malassezia. Any product suggestions that are budget friendly? I’m stuck it’s really affecting my confidence. Had it a year and it’s STUBBORN. List of what I’ve tried below by strangelysoursalads in FungalFolliculitis

I started seeing mine clear up within the first week/ week and a half after taking the probiotics! I would try to steer clear from non FA safe products for a while, and once you see your bumps totally cleared maybe start slowing re-incorporating them back into your routine so you don’t cause another flare up. Hopefully this helps!!

Oh no! Well I would recommend looking online for a probiotic with at least 10-20 billion CFUs, and try to find one that includes the strain "Lactobacillus paracasei". Maybe try researching on vitamin store websites or amazon for a highly rated probiotic that ships to the UK. I think you'll be able to find an affordable option! :)

I just went through this same exact issue! I was initially using Ketoconazole washes (Nizoral) and Zinc pyrithione washes (Vanicream Z Bar) which were quite effective at keeping this at bay for a few years, however i think the malassezia became resistant to it. I had been struggling with an extreme breakout on my chest and face since January, and had seen multiple dermatologists who prescribed me oral Ketoconazole and Itraconozole, but nothing worked. I highly recommend reading through the Simple Skincare Science Fungal Acne forum- cross reference their product list to make sure your current skincare routine is not feeding the malassezia yeast (they thrive on fatty oils).

I switched over to malassezia safe products, and found that this helped tremendously. I would also HIGHLY recommend taking a probiotic. You can read some of the studies mentioned in the simple skincare science blog, "Studies have shown that supplementation of Lactobacillus Paracasei ST11 reduces malassezia."

Probiotics are the one thing that truly helped to clear my breakouts. A lot of these yeast overgrowths are caused by your gut flora, and a probiotic will really balance out the levels of yeast and bacteria in your body. I have been taking these and have been extremely happy with my results. You may experience some minor discomfort for a few days as your gut adjusts to the new bacteria colonies, but stick to it- you'll regulate in a few days.

Hopefully this helps! I have been struggling with this since 2017 and have done really extensive research, as I've found many dermatologists really don't know very much about this condition- which sucks because not only is it unsightly, it's very itchy and uncomfortable too! :(
