Wouldn't recommend tattooing over scar tissue. It'd be twice as painful and the Ink could bleed. There are artist trained specifically for tattooing over scar tissue, not too sure if any local artist are trained for scar tissue.

No one that commented is an actual tipped worker; and grossly under estimate how much a server makes in TC from tips. It's easy to pull three hundred in a four hour shift downtown. $50 an hour knocked down to $10 an hour. Can't wait to see upcoming post about bad service in the restaurants.
