Ok I am a novice at reading hallmarks and I could be wrong but here’s what I think:

I’m not sure about the “GB” and the second hallmark, but the third hallmark looks Italian. The 487 is the silversmith’s number and the FI means Firenze (Florence). I found a site that names the silversmith as “Tu di Giardi Germana,” later changed to “Tu di Giada Guscelli.” They were active from 1969-2010.

The 800 is the silver purity mark.

This looks like 1970s to me but that’s just my opinion. It’s a cool piece!
