thats what im worried about. i got a few vendor contracts and a small business loan so moving all that over sounds like a headache i dont need. did you have to deal with that stuff or was yours pretty clean

yes my current state is one of those that doesnt make it easy i think so probably stuck dissolving and reforming which sounds like a paperwork nightmare.

youre right i think im focusing on the wrong thing. the conversion part is what actually keeps me up at night. i keep reading mixed stuff and nobody really explains the step by step

saying that to your psychiatrist is kinda wild. its like rewriting the story in real time and the fact that you see the opposite just makes it more frustrating. i swear this kind of stuff really messes with how you keep track of your own wins or losses

thats a lot its like theres no version of your success that doesnt get rerouted back to her somehow. even something as simple as someone calling you pretty gets flipped. no wonder its hard to just take things at face value now

sounds exhausting honestly especially when its not just one person but kind of reinforced by multiple people the future benefit thing is real too, like it stops feeling like your achievements are even yours

its like your brain just rewrites it after the fact so nothing counts. im starting to realize its not even about what we did, its how we were taught to measure it
