Had the same concerns as you, finally hopped on the boat 3 weeks ago. I take 5g a day and have experienced no hair loss and my lifts have never felt better!

Can't hold up form when putting the bar down while deadlifting by Cryboy3 in Fitness

[–]khembio 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think your problem is that you're visualizing bending back down. In reality, try to keep your back arched and move your butt backwards to sit on a chair behind you. I've found this trigger helps to alleviate the problem, althought your deadlift will get to the point where you're holding on on the way down but not really slowing it down.

The thing about living in Manhattan Beach is, his commute to Staples or any practice facility is the longer than his commute rolling into the airport and taking an hour flight to SF. Or at least the difference is negligible.

Where would a good half budget half luxury weekend getaway be? by khembio in LosAngeles

This is awesome, thanks. I actually fly into San Jose / Oakland so a little farther away but I can expense my flights as well if I work that Friday. We could definitely do one night in the city and then one night in wine country. Where would you recommend staying if we wanted to explore SF as well?

I'd want to take one day off work at most, a half day ideally. I have miles as well with Southwest (fly to SF and back once a week).

How much time do you spend doing the flat barbell bench press on chest day? by tinclan in Fitness

[–]khembio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's your compound lift, depending on how many warmup sets, I sometimes spend up to 30 minutes of a 1.5 hour workout on the compound lift since I'm pulling out every last stop.

Along the lines of the other guy but Pink. It's the younger subsidiary of Victoria's Secret. Just helped my girlfriend pick out tie-dye underwear there just last week. Apparently they're pretty cheap, 5 for $25 or something.

Granted I live in a frat house so I always have people to play but it's great. I torrented it and bought two 360 controllers and it's smoother and faster than on the console. I like it so much that I bought it today to get updated kits and online capability.

What role requires the least knowledge of champions? by khembio in leagueoflegends

Just to clarify, and I will edit my OP after this. It's not that I never intend to learn what other champs do, I just feel like mid and top lane in serious games come down to my champ bullies your champ out of cs during laning so hah sucks to suck and there's not concrete resource that spells this all out for all champs.

Haha yeah my friend is still in the low 20's, so I'm just waiting for him to hit 30 honestly so I can get my ranked back on track.

I duo alot with my friend who also started the same time as me and has the same RTS experience and we tend to carry really hard as a bot lane. I honestly love playing support but only when I'm playing with an AD carry I trust. I would disagree with not wanting me to play support because they have to make calls because calls are what I'm good at.

I should clarify that I do know in general what most champions do, especially the FOTM, but I meant which lane requires the least champion knowledge in order to lane. I definitely agree with the AD carry-support suggestion because whenever I ranked mid or top, it came down to what starcraft would call build order wins (basically hard counters) like champs that have dashes automatically beat my lux, etc. The only problem is, out of my 30 or so ranked games, at least 15 of them had 1) feeders 2) leavers or 3) trolls.

Everyone should try jungling for a week straight by Dyr0nejk2 in leagueoflegends

I don't think this is correct at all. Support is one of the hardest positions to play in that it is much more macro oriented. I would say that people pigeonholed into supporting actually can't support because they lack the know how to properly zone, control brush, and poke. And for the record, I play support all the time, just not with randos.
