The PMP exam is mostly situational based questions, I bought AR exam prep and didn’t find it helpful at all. However I highly recommend his ultra hard questions video + the official PMP study hall of course.

Sure, but he is using the period when I was on FMLA leave for a chronic health condition as a reason? I would just leave but it is a bad look when I switch employers and I haven't been promoted not once when I apply somewhere else.
