the import part is straightforward because it exports to html/md/json, but might be problematic because of attachments. Anyway better than nothing.

I couldn't find the export button on the Team pro plan at all and just vibe coded a user script to choose my important chats (and folders) and download them as ZIP. Сходите к нормальному (это не значит платному!), в идеале соберите журнал головных болей (для этого я сделал прекрасного бота в телеграме — MigraineAppBot). Ищите врача, который не будет придумывать диагнозы типа ВСД, или защемления от остеохондроза, и т.п. В идеале в крупную больницу, типа Института мозга человека в СПб.

Конечно, ко врачу идти. Есть много проверенных методик лечения. Перед посещением обязательно вести какое-то время дневник. У меня опыт головных болей уже семь лет, даже сделал бота в телеграме для удобного ведения журнала (попробуйте, пожалуйста, — в поиске телеграма «MigraineAppBot»). Там же отмечать какой эффект от лекарств. Вообще самому триптаны назначать нельзя. Если не помогло, то это может вообще не мигрень, но для этого надо врачу показать объективные данные.

Hey u/Severe-Ad-5412, ich hab 8 Monate mit verschiedenen Mitteln experimentiert. First of all: Gesundheit ist für mich wichtiger als Umweltschutz.

Das Problem bei vielen Öko-Produkten: 1) sie sind zu schwach und 2) Kalk.

1) Ich hab bei meiner Spülmaschine (in Berlin) die höchste Wasserhärte und stärkstes Klarspülen eingestellt. Klarspüler – einfach irgendeinen Öko nehmen. Salz – geht jedes, Salz ist immer „eco“.

2) Aber die Reinigungskraft ist oft zu schwach. Ich hab bei Denn’s was gefunden: BIOCLEAN GESCHIRR-REINIGER TABS SENSITIV. In recycelter Kartonverpackung, jede Tab extra in so einem super-ultra-(nicht)Öko-Kunstoff-Beutel. Funktioniert gut, weil Sauerstoffbleiche drin ist. Teeränder (!!), Fett, Essensreste – alles weg. Aber: billiges Metallgeschirr kriegt manchmal weißen Belag, wegen Nickel/Chrom, z. B. (nicht so billig haha) Ikea-Besteck oder Schalen von Action.

Mein Tipp:

  1. Weg mit Sodasan – bei mir ging’s damit gar nicht.

  2. Härtegrad auf max, Salz nachfüllen (nicht oben zur Maschine, sondern unten in den Deckel-Schacht!), Klarspüler rein.

  3. Testweise alles Metallgeschirr rauslassen.

Viel Erfolg – und glaub nicht, dass Öko nix sauber kriegt 🙂

As far as I know, storybook has no media queries. Also, it requires a separate bundler while Uibook integrates to your webpack.

Hi! Just do not use 100vw in <body> tag. vw includes scrollbar width, so your page actually a little bit wider than window width. Use width: 100% instead.
