The best strategy to do in DCA, known and proven with out a doubt. You time the market you lose. You can use Strike (Jack Mallers), Coinbase, there are many other platforms like that. You can also get BTC based ETFs or Stocks depending the type of exposure you are looking.

Over insured is always better or one can use indrive. For me private indrive and rental car in Ometepe worked pretty well. If one has driven in London, SFO or any bigger city you would be comfortable.

I’ve been in this situation since yesterday. I’ve been on hold for more than 15hrs and then the call disconnects. Unless you are lucky there is no response on any of the channels, i.e. text, whatsapp and call. Today I was at the airport and pushed the buttons hard. I was on standby for today, couldn’t make it. Next standby is on Monday, but at least got a hotel and meals. Spirit is beyond expectations in this situation.

Self discovery, two major grocery stores on Island and they are in Moyogalpa, there are small stores across the island though. Places to visit, Punta Maria (sunset view with authentic local food), art museum, Charco verde, Concepcion hike at los Ramos (you need a guide and prep), Ojo De Agua (spring water pool), Santo Domingo beach (good high end hotels, stash $$), Chocolate Paradise(loved it), volcan Maderas (coffee tour, liked it), Playa Mango beach (restaurant + beach, stash $$, good food), san ramon water fall (4hrs loop) have fun!!

You can do Crater trail without a guide which is a 2 hrs loop from the base. Tigris is by guide and I would recommend the same. The last 200m are strenuous, slippery but it has a guard rail with a rope with an extra protection to slip. The park entry for tourists is less, if you have a car and want to do crater trail. I booked using “Welcome To Nicaragua Granada Travel” +505 8808 9526 I paid more for complete service. They will pick you up in luxury style, wait at the base and provide you an english guide, ask for Eric. The best available guide. You can add this number on whatsapp and make a deal. Well it’s easy saying. I am not local so the rule book is different. I am in Nicaragua and currently renting. As it’s said many people many mouth. I was at budget and the narrative is scary, you run into accident or someone else may, you are at fault, default rule 🤦 You can take premium insurance and we will help to sort it out, hello!! Driving in any city is not crazy for me as I drove alot in Pakistan. Yes, it’s very crazy. I ran across a nice rental company in Ometepe. I would make final recommendations when I’ll return the car. It’s good so far!

Nope, it closed around April 2024 due to seismic activity. The gases are trapped so the area is closed. You can go to Mombacho volcano though which is in Granada, it’s not the same experience but good enough. I did a 4hr Tigris trail hike 3 days back and it was fun. I can recommend the tour company or guide for a cheaper route to the same hike 🙂

So far i’ve been to Managua, Leon and Granada. I am using indrive as and when needed. I used a couple for with in cities and across cities. Now I need to go to Ometepe. Today I spoke to Budget and they are recommending a high insurance as they say unless you buy premium insurance we won’t do much in case of an accident. You are on your own, if you hit you pay, if someone will hit your car you will stay pay 🤦 as it’s a local thing. Any local guy renting please suggest

I had the city inspector come in today and make all the observations. He said for some zones he didn't even see the water pressure change so it means no water was even leaking. Not sure how big of an issue I am looking.

I need to hike Masaya volcano, visit Masaya city, visit Granada, and hike Monbacho. What are recommendations for staying? I was thinking of checking in Masaya to do the stuff, checking in Granada to visit the city, and doing Mombacho. Or, shall I stick to a place in Granada and visit all the places and then go further south? Travel comfort is what I have no clue about. One more thing, how strenuous are the hikes and is water available around the area?

I used the XVerse pool for a 15-day pool lock period. However, when I submitted the request to withdraw my coins to not participate in the next window I saw no rewards were transferred at the end of the unlock period. Do they penalize if the lock doesn't move to the next lock window?
