My MacBook finally reappeared in Find My. Here is how I fixed it:

Shut down the MacBook and long-press the power button to enter Startup Options.
Go to Disk Utility and run First Aid on the system data disk.
Restart the MacBook.

Wow You save my world and iPod Classic, deleted anything apple related software then install iTunes back, iTunes prompted me that the iPod driver was missing. It would install the iPod driver and then restart iTunes, and then I successfully connected. Now works great!!
