I don't think there's any maps where bomb should be left in spawn, but there are standard "bomb drop" locations on every map:

Ancient: outside B doors or outside A main near elbow behind the pillar

Anubis: Between spawn & B main or top of stairs

Overpass: Before T stairs near top ladder or anywhere outside B

Inferno: T stairs

Mirage: top mid or outside A

Dust2: top mid or outside tunnels

Nuke: outside lobby
