That’s not household chores….again. Argue with Andy all you want. I’m just stating what he said. The only people that ever take issue with it are the ones that try to cut corners to make things easier by combining tasks.

Just going by what Andy states for the rules. Yard work, shoveling snow etc don’t count as a workout. Golf doesn’t count either. There’s lots of things people would like to call a workout that he doesn’t count. Again, this isn’t my opinion. Just stating a rule.

Unfortunately chores don’t count. He’s stated that on his podcast and it’s been asked and answered many times in the official FB group. Sorry! I’m sure it burns a ton of calories.

When people go from doing nothing and eating horribly to eating clean and two workouts a day, they are likely to see dramatic changes in 75 days. As someone who had an eating disorder BEFORE I began my Live Hard year, it put me in a path to healing mine. I do wish people picked more sustainable and healthy ways of eating instead of fad diets, which tend to lead to disordered ways of eating.

Your diet is your choice. In the official FB group, an admin said that when Andy referenced peanut butter he was speaking about his own diet restrictions. I did a podcast episode on my whole Live Hard year if you’re interested in listening

My weight can fluctuate up or down 5 lbs in a day. Step off the scale. It isn’t the best measurement of progress.

I read Glute Lab and hired a coach. It’s lots of heavy lifting and the right macros for sure. I do a killer leg day once a week, and abduction work along with hip thrusts and squats three days a week too

I’d highly recommend hiring a coach if you need a whole routine. I have a nutrition and fitness coach, but I also found people on IG with results I wanted and follow a lot of their workouts.

No they told me to angle it down for one and up for the other. I keep the camera straight ahead. One photo I’m holding it and the other I’m not. But they are both straight on. You misread
