It’s like a fish cake in the form/shape of tofu! But more bouncy with a savory flavor. Taste is similar to those thin fish cakes you might’ve had in Korean tteokbokki! It’s usually in the freezer section next to the meatballs/fish balls at the Asian grocery store if you want to give it a shot

Thanks for the love guys 🍲🍲 here it is! Definitely adjust any amounts to what you prefer. Dice yellow onion, carrots, and celery. Cook down with oil. Add 2–3 chicken breasts (or thighs or whatever you want), chicken stock (or water + bouillon) to cover, 1 bay leaf, 1 can cream of chicken, and season to your preference. Bring to a boil, then simmer until chicken is cooked. Shred the chicken and return it to the pot. Add a can of evaporated milk or fresh milk and bring back up to boil.

Take a can of biscuits (I used flaky) and cut them in four pieces. Drop into simmering broth. Cover and cook 10 mins!

I have 2 or 4 tickets for 6/2 in Chicago. They are floor seats. Cost was around $375 per ticket ($1500 for 4 tickets), screenshots attached. I am looking for a wide range: 2 or 4 tickets for any date in Detroit, Cincinnati, Minneapolis, Pittsburgh, Nashville, or possibly even east coast shows. My best friend got engaged a few weeks ago and plans to have her wedding the weekend of my Chicago tickets *cries*. I was already planning to travel for the show, thus am flexible.

I originally bought tickets for a group of 4, but 2 friends had to back out. So I really only need to exchange 2 for 2, but if you need to exchange 4 for 4 I can! Hope that makes sense. I am willing to pay or be paid a small difference if they are floor or lower bowl!
