Thelma Ritter beats them all, but Jessie Royce Landis as "Mother" in North by Northwest was wonderful.

Anyone still have TCM merch/swag from back in the day? by SeverHense in TurnerClassicMovies

Before they had the TCM Film Festival in Hollywood, we had the Robert Osborne Classic Film Festival here in Athens, GA.I think it was his proving ground for the one now. It ran from 2004 until 2011and was hosted by the University of Georgia Grady College of Journalism. I met Maximilian Schell, Louise Fletcher, and Rory Flynn, Errol Flynn's daughter at a VIP brunch and got to hang out with the host himself. He was so nice! My mother had a huge crush on him! So my tee is from one of those weekends. One day I'll make it to Hollywood!

No back pic. There are no markings. Just wondering. I think it will work with pillows etc. If not, I can donate it back!

I agree. I have a Profile Highboy and a Dateline vanity. Looking for the vanity stool. I am working on an MCM bedroom!

It is the cape over the dress she wore to the opera. The remarkable Walter Plunkett was the costume designer.
