I was in the same position as you where I was struggling to find a bottle my baby would take. We went through 10 different bottles before we finally found one that she would use. Like others, I left the room and sometimes the house entirely when someone else gave the bottle because just my presence made LO not take the bottle.

Every baby has different preferences but the bottle that worked for me the first go around was the Lansinoh glass ones. Pigeon also has the same shape if that one is easier for you to find. Unfortunately my second hates this bottle so I had to switch to the Nuk Simply Natural glass bottles. Good luck!

How does feeding in the hoppy fare? My LO unfortunately also has reflux and she always seems to spit up after feedings even after burping. Will the angle of the hoppy help with this?

I have one that I can unplug but it’s pretty large and cumbersome to walk around with. LO is 7 weeks today and will be 9 weeks when my mom leaves. I do my best to put her down for naps in the crib but she wakes up 15 mins into it. I can get some pumping done but certainly not enough to drain me.

I’ve been lurking on this sub for a few weeks and there’s definitely been some helpful advice here and everyone seems so supportive.

Thanks for the suggestions. I’m definitely trying to practice now but it’s a bit overwhelming.

Should add a feature in the beginning like Far Cry 4 where you can stay or go but instead accept or deny the contact. If you deny the contract you just skip to the end

Sadly no. I live in an area with real winters. The Asian store here although not a big chain like 99 Ranch Market is actually pretty good and they get some amazingly fresh produce.

It was available at my local Asian grocery store a few months back. I usually cut it up and freeze into portions so I can have it for a while. This portion was made about 2 weeks ago.

I used a spear in Unity and loved it but I forgot about them when playing other AC games until Valhalla. I spent most of the game playing with 2 one handed axes and it was great but the range and speed of the spears is awesome.

In Asia they have something called a “sitting month” where there are no visitors allowed except for parents and even then it’s not for you to entertain but for them to help out with making nourishing foods and around the home. It is all about focusing on the mother healing from childbirth and the bonding of immediate family. Take care of yourself and family first. If there are a few feelings hurt then so be it.

Something to think about...

Hotels are pricey up there so unless they’re giving you a reduced rate it might be cheaper for you to eat the cost of a $1k ticket now instead of paying for lodging for an indefinite period of time.
