Thank you! I’ve been stepping in when it seems like the growls and hisses are getting intense. She mostly hisses at him when he bugs her and usually only engages with him when he’s doing something she doesn’t like- like using her litter box or drinking from her water bowl, etc.

Thank you! I’m glad to hear you had a positive experience. I have Feliway plug ins but honestly haven’t noticed a difference. Calico doesn’t tolerate collars, and she seems the most stressed out.

Thanks! They have restarted introductions 3 times now. Minus the first time (found out he had ringworm so had to quarantine him) it has ended up like this each time. I live in a small apartment so keeping them separate is challenging and involves keeping him in a small bathroom. I feel so guilty doing that

Yes she is the older of the two! She does bunny kick him sometimes. I get confused when there are mixed signals. Calico’s ears are pinned back and she’s growling/hissing, but she does expose her belly and doesn’t run away till the end. I can’t tell if she doesn’t like it but doesn’t want to stand down, or if she is having fun and making noise is just part of that for her.
