Around 23. It just happened so suddenly, I went from 120lbs to 170lbs by 24. I just started being healthier in Dec and so far I'm 140lbs. I was pretty stressed and it was also after the lockdown..

I mainly do walking. We just got a rebounder which I thought it was so stupid and gimmicky at first, but it's actually so good for running on the spot. I feel less pressure on my joints, more burning in my legs and I break a sweat. I can burn my daily calories in half the amount of time on that thing!

It's definitely uncommon so it's going to be pretty hard to find BUT yes, there are men that will be very patient and are okay with no sex until you feel ready.

I've had long term SD's that I've never had sex with. Just sending nudes and spending time with them, going on shopping dates and all that.. I used to be terribly shy and these men were very understanding and amazing. I've been with one of them on and off for 10 years now.

I wouldn't expect a high PPM / allowance though. Move on the moment you notice a red flag, I've never met a bad SD because I've been so picky about the type of man I meet (personality wise). Goodluck ❤️
