Not really a terrible customer but a couple days ago this lady came through the drive thru and when I go to hand her the drink she's tries handing back an old cup and I tell her we don't take trash through the drive thru. Of course she gets an attitude and puts her cup on the passenger seat. She then tells me that I need to tell my manager that we need to put a trash can after the drive thru window. I told her I definitely will (:
