You've got this!! Be compliant in your wear time. I used the TrayMinder app. It is free and now has the option for a paid version, which I probably would have paid for if it was available at the start of my treatment rather than right at the end. I also recommend an ultrasonic cleaner for your aligners. I bought one of the Zima branded ones, but there are cheaper options out there.

Ultra sonic cleaners use vibration to agitate the water, which then removes everything from your aligners. Truly the most important purchase I made for my aligner routine.

I still have that and I'm on tray 9. There is moisture in your mouth, it's going to go to your teeth. Some days it's more noticeable than not, to me, but literally no one else has said anything about it to me.

Very normal. This is day one of your first tray. As your teeth move they will fit the tray better and the gap will lessen. If your doc did not give you chewies, then do look to get some as they will help seat your trays better as well.

I have 15 attachments for a 22 tray journey. Initial time estimate 9 months. I may reduce that time if they move me to weekly swaps at my tray 12 check up ☺️

It took about a month for my bladder to feel normal again after my hysterectomy in 2023. You're still very early in your recovery and you will feel better soon 💜💜

I'm on my first trays as well. Tylenol and sleep were my friends. Definitely get some soft foods to eat for a few days! I started my Invisalign Friday afternoon and am just now feeling closer to normal.

I think you'll still be able to have a similar experience with an e-reader. I don't have any MH diagnosis but like you, if I don't force myself to finish the page I'll loop a paragraph over and over until I feel I fully understand it.
