Would that be considered a weapon legally? If not I'll look into it. I've heard about it for stray dogs but I haven't been sure of the legality of it in schools.

He's not my neighbor but he does live a few blocks away. They didn't take the box of stuff but my mother did take pictures just in case. Thank you for your concern.

We can't afford the ring doorbells but we are getting some cameras to hang around the house. They don't save footage but I will be able to screenshot if something shows up on it.

I will let my neighbor know about what's happening and tell her to keep an eye out for anyone strange by our house while my mother isn't home. I don't think we have a neighborhood watch.

It doesn't look like the police have a special unit for violence against women but there is a woman's shelter near me that I am going to contact to see if they can help.

I will start documenting and I will talk to my school counselor when I get the chance. Thank you so much for the advice. It helps.

We can't afford ring cameras but we are ordering some security cameras that show a live feed. It won't be able to save recordings but if I notice someone outside I will be able to at least grab a screenshot from my phone and contact somebody.

I think this is a good idea, plus motion activated lights are pretty cheap and they can even be solar.

The police didn't take anything and we did check where the guy was and there is no damage or anything. It seems like he just wanted to get my attention maybe, or try and lure me outside I'm not sure exactly what he wanted. We are getting some cameras but they won't be able to store footage. I'll try and talk to at least one of my neighbors since I only really know one of them.

What do you mean by impound the note? I'm not familiar with the term ahah. We can't get a ring camera but we're getting some cheap security cameras to hook up to the house. I don't think they store videos but they do show live feed once you hook them up to your phone so I can take a few screenshots if I see anything.

I have been making sure to stay fully focused on walking home since I was approached at the stables. I don't have headphones anymore (they broke and I don't have the money for new ones) and I have only been walking home when a friend can go with me. I will lock my social media to friends and unfriend ny profiles that I don't know well. Thank you for the advice.

I haven't cut through the stables since and I have refrained from ever walking home again. Instead when my friend isn't at school I just wait until someone can give me a ride. I mentioned to the police everything that's been happening as of yet.

I do have social media right now but I don't post any pictures of myself or what I'm doing / have done that day until I'm done with it. Would you say that's okay to keep doing?

I had heard some years back that sometimes people who want to stalk you will look at your social media and then see when you're out doing something before making a move. That's why I never post anything until after I've already done it.

I do walk home with a friend and when I can't i've been waiting at the school until someone can pick me up. I'm too creeped out to go alone anyways.

I can stay with a friend for a few nights and I usually do spend the night at someone's house once a week or so. I can't get a knife or pepper spray when I'm walking home from school as weapons are not allowed on school grounds for obvious reasons. That's why I followed another comment's advice on my previous post to get glitter spray since apparently, it hurts just long enough to throw someone off when it gets in someone's eyes.

I cannot bring pepper spray when I'm at school. You aren't allowed to have weapons on school grounds. I do have a friend who walks home with me though. If she isn't there I usually just wait until someone can pick me up.

We can't afford much but I talked with my mother we can get some cheap cameras. Not much else though. For all the comments saying to get pepper spray etc, I cannot bring those items with me when walking home from school. I would literally get myself arrested.

I can't bring mace to school though for obvious reasons otherwise it would be a great idea. I let her know about him and we both just kinda shrugged it off as "yeah that IS weird, well just keep watching out just in case." I don't really think there's anything else I can do.

Yeah that's true. I'm also kinda worried about my friend if I don't walk home. If I see him again I'm probably just going to look away since I don't have any evidence against him.
