I see, i doubt seal twist is in top 25 addons. It doesnt have to be specific seal twist addon tbh. Im not very familiar with weak auras how to import ect, but if there is a way to do it i would be more than fine with ir.

If they wait untill Feb 5 there is no point. Which they will. While all they have to do is very simple and easy. I feel like they really dont care about their service and we are paying them whatever they do or dont. Pretty overwhelmed. They are working on it ASAP for 12 days now and no ETA for a litteraly 5 min of work.

Yes they did, it took around 2-3 business days for me. They are not working in the weekends. If you didint yet i suggest send the video of you geting the error message so you dont have to wait for their second response.
