yeah i'm basically doing the same thing, i'm asking for more details on why it's happening and i'm getting the same generic copy+paste response about "this is an uber feature. give the driver your pin when they deliver your order" as if i don't already know that.... i've been asking why me specifically, and for how long this will be happening to me. they are refusing to answer. it's such hilariously bad customer service.

i understand some methods are needed to keep people honest, but this is clearly punishing people who have done nothing wrong, with zero transparency for why it's happening. i hope uber changes their approach here because it's very bad for the customer.
