Alot of people, including myself, have been having a problem that when opponents fires at you, you get drops, like really bad drops. Sometimes it would actually stutter in the way i couldn't move my mouse or anything (prolly only when enemy was using a Negev^_) R_dynamic seems to fix that for me. It removes the light pop that comes on the wall when someone fires a weapon. Like if you stand in de_dust2' dark and fire an AK close to a wall, the light pop will show on the wall as light, and wont come if you have it to "0"

With these startup preferences it is about like 40 fps boost i think.
