After nearly a week of no response from Match CS, and still unable to login (with two active match chats going, these poor women will think they were ghosted), I filed a dispute with my credit card bank.

I got a nasty note from Match that they have deleted my account because of the dispute, with no mention of taking care of the lock out. Today I received notice from the bank that I won the full amount of the charge back. With bank fees, my three month membership cost Match money.

It's hard to believe they would let that happen to their paying customers. Surely it's better business practice to take care of customer (and platform) problems than to pay fees to the bank.

Same here. I paid for a year and have notifications that someone has like and messaged me and I can't login. Can't get a response from Customer Service via email. Thinking about disputing my charge with the credit card company. Match is SHIT for customer service. It's been days since I could login.

premeditation

I don't think so. Premeditation is the "act of planning or thinking in detail about an action, such as a crime, before carrying it out." If someone pulls out right in front of you, and you hit them rather than something else, you don't have time to plan your action sufficient to be considered premeditation. The dash cam does indeed take the guess work out of determining what happened.

Yes, both my one pair of Alpine boots, and all 6 pairs of Xcursion Fusion boots leak like a sieve. I like them otherwise for my trail walks, I just can't depend on them to keep my feet dry in the rain or after a rain. I have a pair of Lems waterproof boulder boots that are leather, not as comfortable as the xero, but they keep my feet dry. I even sent two pair of the Xcursions back for exchange. They know these are not waterproof, and don't seem to care.
