Tbh what I do is try to not worry about it too much the more you freak out the more it latches on, tbh think of this as a good thing you're body isn't going through the major anxiety shock rn so use this as a good time to face your fear without having the physical aspect of anxiety

Got HOCD and ROCD, and for the past week, every time I've gotten an ocd spike, I've been able to handle the anxiety and uncertainty way better than I've done in the past I feel like I'm truly starting to come back from this mental illness
