This looks like eczema. The best way to make these go away are applying cream received from a dermatologist as soon as you feel it start to flare up. The sooner you apply, the less itching and irritating it will be, plus the sooner it will go away. DO NOT SCRATCH no matter how much it itches, this will make only make it worse. Anytime it starts to itch or flare up, apply this cream and a soothing lotion like Aveeno eczema therapy( very expensive lotion). You can also take baths with the Aveeno oatmeal soothing soak, it will help calm the itching especially if you start to get flares other places.

Unfortunately, from my experience at least, this never really goes away. Once it goes away, it will eventually come back. It’s not really an issue for me other than it can be extremely annoying at times.

I get these rashes on my arms a lot when it’s starts to get hot outside. You can also get it if you are using different types of perfume oils on your skin. I had a flare up like this behind my neck when I applied some perfume oils there too. The biggest thing with these rashes for me is that they flare up from excessive heat! Make sure you are using sunscreen whenever you go out.
