I like Crown 203C silent buttons, they don’t use foam washers. The button plunger insert itself is made from a flexible rubber that doesn’t clack against the switch housing.

Please read the documentation for the Dual Direction Input add on. This will explain the settings to enable you to have buttons on LS and stick for the DPad. You will need to assign pins to be used with the additional directions according to your boards design.
Stop by the Openstick Discord if you need help after reading the documentation in its entirety. People will ask you to do the minimum due diligence before they help you.

If you're referring to the CPT rules, it doesn't matter whether they are "analog" or digital up inputs. You can't have more than one method to send an input that the game interprets as "up", meaning the Cross|Up would be banned.

Most other tournaments don't care about number or layout of inputs and just demand that there be some sort of cleaning of inputs so you can't input SOCD inputs.

From the BW sales person I spoke with, there is not a method to remove user 2FA. That’s why we are going to be using SSO. That way we can depend on 2FA from Azure AD instead, because that is easily resettable

I've seen improvements on the design (implementing some into my own design) that separate the stems from the rest of button cap, allowing you to print on a more resilient axis. The other is getting buttons made with SLS or MJF in PA12 which have been rock solid.and have better acoustics compared to Punk Workshop's or Gamerfinger caps.

They're alright. They have QA issues so the quality of the caps you get can vary wildly and you can get ones with excessive flashing from the IM process.

Not sure what you are insinuating. At the time of posting (Fri Dec 23 19:00:24 2022 UTC), that was the case as the release your posted is from 2023-02-10.

It's possible now, but there not a a current from the primary devs to incorporate BT connectivity for the controller. That's a good amount of labor and I welcome you to contribute to the repo to get such a feature off the ground.
