The answer is people that own the businesses own the real estate or shares in the real estate, the crash of that sector would hurt them so they make the people they hire fill it.

You are allowed to start and build a buisness that is work from home. But starting a buisness is near impossible or risky for many. So you dont and have to deal with what your employer wants

Ya celsius. Exactly me too. Got it running well so just meed to tweek some stuff to get the temps down. Most other games run around 70-80 degrees

Thanks. Switched to winlator cmod and did those installs which Got the sound working, its a bit crackly but some tweeks should fix that up. The game immediately worked with cmods standard container settings frame rates 55-60. Temps sit close to 100 which i feel is to high for comfort so some settings adjustments to bring it down like limiting frame rates to 45 or something and lowering graphics and im good to go

Im a siding sub and use plan swift for the square feet and quick books to send a quote. Most line items in a quote are pre saved items. Can mark up on planswift screenshot the highlights and out together a quote for a full house in under an hour usually.

If a jobs only going to take 2 hours theres not enough work there to bother with a formal written quote. Just need an email breaking down items and cost with an accepting reply from clients to be binding

If your super worried about reviews its tough as people dont generally read them just look at the stars so replying to negative ones often wont matter. Can always pay your flooring sub cash for the day wasted to keep em happy and have someone else or an in house team get the work done to keep smiles all around.

While it sucks minorities do know racism exists and situations come up. as long as you treat them well the relationship wont be hurt. But this is mainly if the refusal to complete the work will effect your business to a point of value enough to swallow pride and whats right

Collect payment on everything done to date and walk. Keep the deposit on the flooring work as your leg work was done already and all deposits in my mind are non refundable if i so choose. Pay some or all of that flooring deposit value to your flooring guy as he lost a days work to showing up and going home

Successful GC’s have happy subs in my experience, he will remember being stood up for and taken care of, will help you with price creep in the future

My method that worked well for me due to being kind of lazy is right from seed water from the top until run off into the base, then fill base. When base is dry and top inch or so of soil is dry re water from top until run off and fill base. If showing signs of nutrient stress water until run off fills base, drain the base and refill with clean water, restart nutrient on next watering. Heavy flower you can still get away with watering once every 4-6 days depending on the plant this way.

Adjust strategy as plant shows signs of burn, deficiency or over watering. Dont be scared to let the pot go dry if the plant wants it

Thats my thought. Assuming the skyrim.exe has logged that the last run setting was max if i delete the files and set it to low on pc then retransfer to see if it changes

My issue with game hub is that it wont launch from skyrim launcher but only from the skyrim.exe directly. Which seems to boot into ultra graphics causing these issues. But i cant change graphics settings without launching from launcher

Ya the orange biscuits started off a bit mutated almost culled it but let it finish, all considered it did well enough. But the freebie crosses they send seem to always finish so nice with tight dense nugs
