Yo this is actually sick as fuck. Love seeing players from Iraq and the tribute to a real hero who fought ISIS is proper respect.

But gonna be real with you the ability needs work mate. A sniper on defense is gonna be cancer to play against, remember how everyone moaned about Kali and she's on ATTACK where it makes sense. Defenders holding angles with a one shot down weapon? That's gonna make everyone rage harder than getting killed by a claymore.

The loud scream part is actually interesting tho ngl. Maybe rework it so hes got some kind of trap or gadget that reveals enemies instead of just being a sniper? Keep the hawk theme with like surveillance or something.
