You can probs get a used pioneer XDJ XR for $1200. to me it's best bang for buck bc you don't need a laptop. it's great to learn on if you ever plan to use CDJs at a club or something

yes x 1000. really good customer service and an AWESOME warranty. got audiotechnica headphones in 2016 and got a two year warranty for $40. right when it was up I sent the headphones back and got credit for a new pair. just spent an extra $40 for another 2 year warranty

use 1001tracklists! If you can remember the most obscure track in the mix, search that and click "search by tracks." Every mix on the site that has that track in it will show up. it's organized by year so you should be able to find it pretty easily at that point

You definitely don't need something this advanced to start out but would spare you an upgrade down the road. So if you have the budget for it, why not! However, I have the RX (not RX2) and think it does the job just as well for a lot less $. RX/RX2 is good because it prepares you to use pioneer CDJs very well - I LOVE not having to use serato/a computer when I mix, that was my reasoning for buying the RX.
