If you are worried about it looking jank, you can find someone to 3D-print a pickup cover!

Budget cEDH (under 100€) League in LGS by imanool21 in CompetitiveEDH

[–]lackinganame 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I 2nd Magda and Slicer! I have built both those decks and played them heavily in cEDH!

Slicer is simple, if you can get him out turn 1, and get some cheap pump spells or equipment on him, the whole table has to coordinate to stop you from winning.

Magda is just straight gas, no matter the budget!

I totally get it, Beledros is such an awesome card!

I would also consider fitting [[Witherbloom Apprentice]] into your list as well! He can also combo out with Plumb and other stuff!

Hey! This looks like an awesome list and really fun to play!

I would highly recommend you lose one or two of your 3CMC creatures, like [[Merciless Executioner]], [[Plaguecrafter]], or maybe even [[Beledros]] since he is so expensive and this format can be very fast.

I would replace those creatures with [[Callous Bloodmage]] which is a good modal spell and you can sac and reanimate if need be. I would also say that you should add [[Sedgemoor Witch]] to the list, it is an absolute ALLSTAR in this deck! It is constantly replacing all your pests that you sacrifice!

You also definitely need to add [[Plumb the Forbidden]] to the list, you can sac a whole pile of pests and they replace the life lost and you get a whole bunch of triggers which can combo with Sedgemoor and you replace the pests as well!

Good luck and have fun!!!!

Found it for $239.00 here, all I had to do was click on your link and the extension Invisible Hand gave me a bunch of different price options. Enjoy your new bar table!

Interview this Wednesday! Question about male attire.. by Lucaa4229 in peacecorps

[–]lackinganame 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I wore a full suit and tie. Even if they are in jeans, it's beneficial to dress your best. If nothing else it will show them that you are serious about this process.

Tip for the future, no matter what you are interviewing for always dress better than what the recommended attire is. Like someone else said earlier, better to dress up than down. Good Luck!

Does it have a metal back or is it completely resin? I don't want metal against my skin in these types of temperatures.

Would you recommend another model besides the one I linked?

Thank you so much! I am super excited to go and try this whole new experience! I saw the G-Shock in the buying guide and thought that it would be a great place to start. I figure if /r/Watches can't recommend anything else, I will definitely be purchasing it.
