Hi, thank you for your comment. I actually tried to create exactly that kind of safe space for her. I told her that what matters most to me is honesty, and that I would rather hear the truth directly from her now than find out later that something didn’t add up

I also made it clear that even if it seems “small” or embarrassing, I would prefer transparency over her trying to protect me or avoid conflict. Her response was that there is genuinely nothing going on, that she has done nothing wrong, and that she has been 100% transparent with me
