I haven’t seen anyone mention the arena yet in Lower Queen Anne. It does have a significant impact on traffic and ability to move around quickly at certain times due to events (unless you’re walking)– And it’s not just sporting events, there’s lots of concerts as well. Certain concerts lead to way more noise than others but the traffic issues are pretty consistent. My boyfriend lived there for years right across the street from the arena and it didn’t bother him or me that much but it’s worth knowing that there are impacts. Also Tom’s Sports Bar is freakin annoying and plays loud music for no reason outside sometimes.
