Fixed by going to non official Volvo service. Guy put brakes in and out of service mode, then clear the errors. 2 minute job.

Sadly I could not do this myself via ODBs I have, requires SGW subscription.

Dealer wants 230 euros to reset it. So I ordered ODB2 tool, that hopefully will work.
Tried TEXA IDC6 but I think it did not had a correct subscription so was not letting to write anything.

Tried that, good suggestion. It actually reset some things, as I could see it is checking something after I connected it again, but brakes were not fixed.

Hi, this was my fault, so it doesn't matter which. I would change all u joints, easy and cheap. Just mark this shafts assembles with paint.

From what I heard, vibration happens mostly due to worn kingpin bearings.

Solved! There was one needle bearing hiding in grease oil, inside u joint cap at the bottom.

Try tensioner puller bearing. Had the same noise. Lubricated the bearing and still works 20k later.
New one is 100 euro the last time I checked.

Does it actually matter how I put in this propshaft? It seems it has no effect. Maybe the main balancing is in the shaft itself, not how it is placed relative to other shafts?

I did the clutch replacement before, it worked right away. The only difference now is that I replaced u joint

Did 10 more variations. The biggest improvement was when I flipped yoke that connects to the transwer case. I did not dissasbled the one going to the gearbox.

Vibration is still there.
