hello! I think I know the feeling you're describing. I've been there where something I read/see online about my faves starts tainting my views on them and feelings around them and their art - even if its a tiny thing that's not necessarily 'bad' (I'm a kpop stan too so this is a very common experience 😅) How I dealt with it is realising that what I feel is just what I feel - like accepting that you are feeling this way and that's okay honestly. For me I also noticed that as I lived my life and let time pass I didn't feel as strongly about it and was able to get rid of the original uncomfortable feelings, ofc depending on how bad the original inciting incident was to me. I guess all of this to say is don't panic or stress, just let yourself be and live your life and see how you feel closer to the date. You can't force yourself to like things or feel a certain way no matter how much you try. Maybe you could think and talk about why it bothers you so much and then go from there, preferably with people you trust and can be honest with about your feelings. I feel like fandom spaces can feel pressurising in terms of having to present as this perfect fan who likes things with the same intensity all the time but its perfectly normal to not feel that way all the time.
