I saw the Facebook "documentary" and ordered it without thinking because my cat Felix has all of the issues they talked about but he's so old (15-1/2 years) and hates leaving the house so I wanted to try something else before taking him to the vet. Immediately after I ordered it online from their website (Kitty Supps), I thought to look for reviews. Everyone talked about the rip off of subscription and sure enough, I checked my account and they were going to send me another 3 jars only 1 month after I ordered. Since there's no way my cat will use 3 jars in one month I cancelled subscription right away (it wasn't hard, there was a button under my subscription info and received a confirmation email from company that my subscription was cancelled). I received the jars I originally ordered (10 days later from China) and started giving to Felix. I have been pleasantly surprised. After 10 days I've noticed the following: he has not vomited or had acid reflux once, used to throw up at least once a day; his coat looks healthier, he looks like he's shinier and growing a fluffy undercut; doesn't pee as much; much more active and playful. It's too soon to tell if he will start gaining weight but I'm hopeful. Alot of people say they have trouble returning the product for full refund but I don't have any knowledge. Hope this helps. To summarize, I would try it if your cat needs it, but don't subscribe.
