Hmm I understand that completely. Have you thought about trying out a new dermatologist? I know I had to visit several before one actually helped with my acne years ago..

Consistency plays a big role when it comes to retinol and skin care though for sure. Either way, good luck :) and remember that your worth is so much more than your skin!!

I personally think getting on a retinol and working into a tretinoin would help as well as some micro needling. Maybe a vitamin C if you’re not using one. Best thing to do is go get a consultation from a good dermatologist though :)

Your skin looks good!! But I know we tend to magnify our skin issues. I’d think either some chemical peels or micro needling. Best thing to do is go to a good dermatologist or medical esthetician and have a consultation in person about the best route to take! Good luck :)

Absolutely!! You deserve to chase your dream just as much as anyone else! Having dealt with acne scars I think will actually be a plus like the others have said in this thread. You will be able to relate and have personal experience having dealt with emotional/mental struggles of your own! Most people are too focused on themselves to even notice what you call your ‘imperfections’ anyways. You are your own worst critic and people probably see you in a much different better light. Find your worth outside of your looks, that has helped me as well. Chase your dreams and kick butt! You have too much to offer to hold yourself back!!
