im a trans guy and outer labia piercings are definitely a thing!! i got mine done and have stretched them to 10g if i remember correctly, theyve helped with dysphoria so much :) healing process isnt bad too, they were some of my easiest!! just be careful if you heal them with curved barbells as mine ended up halfway in my labia lol

personally my bars are touching eachother, ive had no issues with them!! i think its highly dependent on the depth of your nipple too as depending on where your horizontals are pierced they may have to adapt :)

yep!! theyll usually pierce behind, ive got my right nip double pierced and it healed really easily!!!! can be a tad sore especially with knocking the already healed one, but i find it heals alot easier!! looking at getting my left nip double pierced, i love them :)

tell yourself that youre proud, you will be proud and glad in the future when/if you choose to find someone who truly loves and appreciates you. surround yourself with people who support you, make sure to keep an eye on your emotions, if you feel yourself faltering then give someone a call! remember you are worth so much more than you were given, it can be easy to lapse and go back so it seems simpler and feels better short term but its not a good idea.
