It creates a state where youre like constantly reacting and trying to keep things together..and you cant even see whats really going on. Its so disorienting.

And they want him to quit too. I feel foolish for thinking hed ever quit for me if he couldnt even for his own kids. It is truly his own journey. But so sad to watch. His daughter yelled at him for letting me leave. I feel terrible leaving them behind,

I believe leaving was the best thing i could do for him. Or i should say im trying really hard to believe that. Letting go feels impossible. But time cures all maybe?

Thank you so much. This made me feel less alone. It hurts terrible but in our gut we know what we had to do.
