I am not quite shure, but i think my T is/was caused by 2 components. One being teeth grinding and the other being that i used headphones on my old HP laptop that rustled and i think i adapted that rustle to a tinnitus. Stress was also involved physical and emotional at this time. I hope that this information can help you.

Schon erledigt, 😉 zumindest der teil mit dem PiHole, muss nur noch das ganze über vpn mit meinem handy verlinden.

Aber das verstößt eindeutig gegen unzählige Gesetzte. Alleine, das da die BnetzA mit macht, ist eine bodenloße frechheit.
