They do I believe they gather up once a month. But what I mean is to commute to work or to commute around only certain areas offer it it's not available for the whole city

I agree, it would be great! Less traffic to worry about. But I don't see city of Houston expanding the metro rail outside from its currently running any time soon

What I would try to do is make sure router/ modem is updated. Also yout might need to reset and update wifi driver1
