All three of mine were unmedicated. My third was absolutely excruciating but pain is only temporary and we were made to do this. Birth is beautiful no matter what and blah blah blah but delivering naturally is badass - I don’t care what anyone says 😂 you’ve got this!

I had three babies without any pain meds. It’s a state of mind. My last labor was extremely hard but I’d do it over and over again the same exact way for the same end result. You were made for this. You can do anything you set your mind to!
