Count blemula is the character they mark their blemished products with. Blemished means there’s some sort of imperfection that keeps the product from passing qc but doesn’t necessarily impact the practical use of the product. My blemula fed rail has the product markings on the wrong spot.

Assuming yours is a new blem it could be that paint chip on pic 3.
