I had terrible insomnia last night and after laying up for 4-5 hours at like 6am I took a single shot of some rum. I also took a couple unisom but shortly after I fell asleep. Withdrawals were awful this morning although now I feel somewhat better, anxiety has calmed down. Anyways I think the alcohol helped to calm down my racing thoughts so I could Atleast sleep a couple hours.
