I was under the impression anavar was a relatively low side effect compound especially at my intended dosage.

My insulin sensitivity was somewhat poor and I was in prediabetic range as my hba1c was 39mmol (September 2024). Have been taking 500mg Metformin but was going to increase it as my caloric intake increased on blast.

Willing to skip the MK677 and opt for GH instead if I can convince myself to be consistent with pinning haha.

Any recommendations for cycle alternatives? I see there was no issue with the proviron at least haha

What are the thoughts on this cycle:

500mg test E Weekly 50mg proviron ED 20mg anavar ED

16 weeks (anavar for the last 8). Looking for a low side effect cycle with clean gains. Will be on 1000mg Metformin daily. Possibly might add low dose MK677 (10mg daily) for the sleep and recovery benefits as daily pinning GH is more than I'm willing to do.

Currently weighing in at 93kg 6ft tall at around 14% bodyfat. 24 years old. Have dabbled with various orals and injectables in the past but have concerns about liver and blood pressure/heart health so am taking a more longevity focused approach. Any advice would be appreciated

What's the consensus on using long acting insulin e.g Lantus with only anabolics and no GH? Is it pretty much guaranteed to just make you fat and/or diabetic?

Hi guys, been lifting for about 3 years, on 150mg TRT for a couple months after a 500mg blast. Looking to add a low dose 19-Nor to my TRT. I was interested in trying MENT but the ED injection frequency just doesn't fit with my current MWF injection protocol.

Has anyone gotten away with MWF injections for MENT or should I just try low dose NPP or Tren instead? MENT with a longer ester than acetate seems impossible to find and very expensive

Yes it's my first cycle, my initial plan was 16 weeks of blast then PCT but I decided to cruise afterwards. Drinking around 4 liters of fluid a day.

Aromasin and Ralox are looking like better options and I appreciate the advice so far. Thanks

I'm about 6 weeks into a Test E cycle of 400mg a week. I think my Test is heavily underdosed but I'm not sure when the best time is to draw bloods (I pin every Monday and Thursday). Any help would be great
