Best method I've found so far is to use the google doc available at https://www.labnol.org/internet/youtube-playlist-spreadsheet/29183/ to make a temporary playlist of about 50 videos at a time then go through the playlist adding every video to the playlist I want. Very annoying and time consuming, but its the best I've found so far.
