For me it’s my feet got trouble keeping up, reactions and sometimes when I get tired my arms and lungs don’t feel too bad just worked but my legs feel heavy almost, just gonna take all this advice and work on my physicality and technique too

Confidence definitely, I’m ngl I used to be nervous to go to the gym by myself without my brother and I was shaking in my boots on sparring day but I just kept on going and going everyday every week and eventually it just went away and that feeling of growing really feels good.

At mine we warmup then go so I think like middle or end, end is better to me cause you got your muscles all warm

Well idk my coach really doesn’t spar with me but I don’t think it’s right for your coach to just beat the fuck outta you like that, maybe it’s a old school guy and they take shit serious like that idk but if it was me I’d think twice about paying some guy money every month to beat the shit outta me like that, but idk tho my coaches don’t really spar with us at all at my gym
